I chose Teresa as my Postpartum doula and it was the best decision I made for my pregnancy! Teresa is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Even though I didn't have her as my labor doula she still provided helpful tips for labor and was quickly there when I needed her for Postpartum support. She arrived promptly each night and was so good with my newborn and helped us to latch and establish a healthy routine. I also really enjoy the fact that she hosts community events for mothers like her breast-feeding brunch, which was so fun and I learned a lot! I highly recommend Doulas for life for your labor and Postpartum needs.

I just gave birth to my little girl a week ago. Teresa was my doula and even though she wasn’t able to be at the delivery physically, I was still able to have her there via FaceTime. During labor she was very helpful when it came time to push baby out. I did do a homebirth and both my midwife and Teresa walked me thru calming techniques to get baby out, didn’t do much for me because I kept freaking myself out while trying to push lol. After baby was delivered Teresa still helped out via FaceTime until her flight the next day. She traveled from FL to TX for me and provided a week of light housekeeping, prepped some postpartum tea bath, good conversation and company, mommy time, and helped with baby girls first appointment. Overall, she was excellent and very professional. And with this being my first home birth, she helped me get thru it all. I would highly recommend her as your doula.
